Andrei Syropiatov
Founder and Managing Partner
Twenty-five years in risk, investment analysis and investor relations: institutional due diligence and valuation at a multilateral development bank, corporate credit risk at a French corporate and investment bank, rating advisory at a Russian commercial bank, and ten years running investor relations for a consumer lender through repeated rating cycles and Eurobond issuance.
Since 2021, independently: built the investor-relations function for an IPO-bound Central Asian bank from the ground up — department, in-house training, the full set of procedures and templates; delivered institutional equity research and DCF and peer-multiple valuations on the portfolio of a sovereign investment fund, inside the domestic manager's team, ahead of the dual London and Tashkent listing that completed in May 2026; and produced around ninety venture due-diligence reports for a technology investor across digital health, clinical AI, genomics, devices and fintech, in eight jurisdictions, under one assessment framework.
